SupportAndGo — AI-native customer support, hosted in Australia

One place where every customer issue lands — email, in-app chat, phone, SMS and your portal — classified, prioritised and drafted against by AI, with a person approving anything that reaches a customer. Built and operated in Australia by an Australian company. Priced per desk, not per agent.

Australian jurisdiction, not just Australian hosting

Most support platforms will store your data in Sydney. Almost none of them are Australian companies, and those are different facts. Residency describes where data sits; sovereignty describes whose law can compel its production.

The United States CLOUD Act reaches providers under US jurisdiction regardless of where the data is stored, so choosing an Australian region does not change which company can be served a production order. And under Australian Privacy Principle 8, when personal information goes to an overseas recipient, the disclosing Australian business remains accountable for what happens to it — the liability does not transfer to the vendor.

SupportAndGo is operated by Fintech Development Pty Ltd, an Australian company, so there is no cross-border disclosure to assess. Every data store, function and queue runs in australia-southeast1 (Sydney), never the US or EU, and AI classification of personal information runs onshore and fails closed rather than quietly falling back to an overseas model.

Priced per desk, not per agent

Every other platform charges for each person who logs in, in US dollars, and adds the AI on top as a further per-agent charge. We charge for the desk, in Australian dollars, with the AI in the price. Adding a teammate costs nothing.

All prices exclude GST. Annual billing charges ten months rather than twelve, and two or more AndGo products applies a twenty percent discount automatically.

What it does

Built to hold other companies' data

SupportAndGo holds customer correspondence belonging to businesses that are not each other. Cross-tenant isolation is therefore a hard invariant rather than a feature: every ticket, message, agent and stored file is scoped to a tenant in the storage path itself, so a query cannot accidentally reach across a boundary — it has nowhere to go.

Every state change is recorded in an immutable, CloudEvents-shaped audit log that you can export. On the Business tier, leaving produces a deletion certificate recording what was erased and when, including stored files. Deleted files remain recoverable from backup for seven days before they are permanently gone, and the certificate says so — a deletion record that overstates itself is worse than one that explains itself.

Who it suits

Australian businesses with a regulatory, contractual or client obligation that makes foreign jurisdiction something they have to document. Teams where several people help with support but only one or two hold licences because seats are expensive. Desks already paying a per-agent surcharge for an AI assistant and wondering why the AI is a separate line at all.

It suits you less well if you need mature inbound voice today, or depend on a specific marketplace integration we do not have. We have written down where the incumbents are better than us, because a bad fit costs you more than it costs us.
