Ecosystem

One account, nine products, one support desk

SupportAndGo is not a standalone tool that happens to be Australian. It is the support layer for a family of Australian business products — and it runs their support, daily, which is the reason it works.

The products

What "one ecosystem" actually buys you

One sign-in. A single MyAndGo account opens every product. No separate password per tool, no separate user list to maintain, no forgotten account still holding access after somebody leaves.

One support desk. Every product's customer issues arrive in SupportAndGo. Not a copy of it — this product, running on the same multi-tenant rails any customer gets, with no private access or special case.

One jurisdiction. Australian company, Australian data, for all of it. You do not have to run the sovereignty analysis nine separate times.

One vendor to argue with, which sounds like a small thing until an integration breaks between two products from different companies and each blames the other.

Why we run our own support on it

Every integration on our integrations page is one we depend on daily to answer our own customers. If email ingestion breaks, our support breaks. If the AI triage misclassifies, we are the ones reading the wrong queue.

This is the most useful thing on the page, so it is worth stating plainly: a support product whose makers do not use it for their own support is a product nobody is checking. Ours breaks for us first.
