The agreement between your business and ours. Written against the AndGo ecosystem terms, with the sections a support desk needs and a general platform does not. Last updated 19 September 2026.
Operated by Fintech Development Pty Ltd (ABN 78 655 608 969), Level 1, 18-20 Knuckey Street, Darwin NT 0800, Australia. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the business using a SupportAndGo desk.
SupportAndGo is part of the AndGo ecosystem. Your account, sign-in and billing are governed by the MyAndGo terms; these terms govern the desk itself and the correspondence it holds. Where the two disagree about support data, these terms apply.
A SupportAndGo desk holds your customers' correspondence — their messages, their contact details, the files they send you and the replies you write. That is the most sensitive category of data this product touches, and the terms below exist mostly to be clear about it.
When a person writes to your desk, they are contacting you. We are processing their information on your instructions. You decide what is collected, how it is answered and how long it is kept; you are responsible for telling them what you do with it, and for having a lawful basis to hold it.
We will not contact your customers on our own behalf, market to them, or use their details for any purpose other than delivering your desk.
australia-southeast1).Every ticket, message and file belongs to exactly one desk, and no query crosses that boundary. An agent of one business cannot read another business's correspondence. We treat this as a correctness property rather than a feature, and we test it by attempting the breach rather than by reviewing the code.
An operator of ours can be granted access to a desk they do not belong to, in order to support you. Every such access writes an audit record naming who did it, which desk, what they did and when. That record cannot be edited or deleted, including by us. It is visible to your desk's administrators.
You agree not to use a desk to send unsolicited bulk email, to send mail on behalf of a business you do not represent, to store data you have no lawful basis to hold, to attempt access to another desk, or to interfere with the service. A free desk has limits on how many new external recipients it may contact; those limits exist to protect the sending reputation every AndGo product shares.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, isolate desks from one another, cap session lifetime, and record every state-changing action. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise. We aim for high availability and do not guarantee uninterrupted access; we are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
If a breach affects your data we will tell you, and we will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
The service — its design, code and content — belongs to Fintech Development Pty Ltd. "SupportAndGo", "AndGo" and "MyAndGo" are our trademarks. Your data remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of revenue or profits.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited under that law rather than excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
You indemnify us against claims arising from the data you put on your desk, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own breach or negligence.
We may update these terms. For a material change we will give at least 14 days' notice by email to the desk's account holder before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia, and the courts of the Northern Territory have jurisdiction.

You do. The messages your customers send you, and the replies you write, belong to your business. We claim no ownership, do not use them to train models, and delete them on request.
Storage and AI processing both stay in Google Cloud's Sydney region. The service refuses a model request not pinned to that region rather than falling back elsewhere. Outbound email necessarily travels to wherever the recipient is.
Nothing is deleted on that date. The desk becomes a free plan, anything beyond its limits becomes read-only, and everything remains exportable for at least 30 days — with the deadline given as a calendar date.
An operator can be granted access to support you, and every such access writes an audit record naming who, which desk, what and when. That record cannot be edited or deleted, including by us, and your administrators can see it.
No. If a desk exceeds its ticket allowance every message still arrives and the desk is told. Limits that do refuse — seats, AI drafting, chat widgets, outbound volume — refuse the action and name the limit.
